2018 Honda Accord Tires

The Honda Accord is one of the longest-running names in the Honda lineup, as the Accord has been around in one form or another since the mid 1970s. Now in its tenth generation, the Accord has earned a reputation as a solid, dependable, and comfortable sedan that’s loaded with features and value. The 2018 Honda Accord was available in six trim levels, including EX, EX-L, LX, Hybrid, Sport, and Touring, and body styles include coupe, sedan, hatchback, wagon and Crosstour ruggedized crossover SUV. 2018 Honda Accord tires could be 225/50R17 or 235/40R19, depending on the vehicle’s trim level, and a brand new Accord likely left the factory with a set of Goodyear Eagle Touring, or Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) tires attached.

Adequate for 3 seasons. Wore fairly quickly.

I've driven these for coming up on 3 years in 4 season weather. In wet and dry they're pretty decent. Notably better in wet than Pirelli P7 Plus I had on my former car. (Those didn't hydroplane easily, but had poor wet traction). That said these are pretty poor in winter. Driving conservatively, I've slid around a bit on these. Almost bought a separate set last year but fortunately the last 2 winters have been mild. Biggest thing currently is at ~31k miles the shoulders are pretty well worn. The sipes are almost gone so it's time to replace these which is pretty short life even for a UHP all season tire that hasn't been driven hard. They were rotated regularly and tire pressure was maintained.

Not a fan!

Driving through the highways and major cities, these tire will lasts not!!! They ride nice but the tire materials aren't durable, especially for sport driving, city with potholes etc. The tires are too thin they have caught flat after flat. If you get them definitely pay for the insurance. Even then, plan for another purchase sooner than later. Good for the temporary. I already need new tires!
